Netherlands Defeat Poland 2-1 in Friendly

The Poland Euro 2024 squad has been announced, with Robert Lewandowski hoping to inspire his nation once more. The striker is Poland's all-time leading goalscorer and will be looking to add to his tally in this summer's tournament. Poland has been drawn in Group E alongside Spain, Sweden, and Slovakia.

In their first warm-up match, Poland was held to a 0-0 draw by the Netherlands. Poland's first shot of the match came in the 89th minute, while the Netherlands scored twice in the second half to secure the victory. Wout Weghorst scored the winning goal in the 90th minute.

Poland will face Belgium in their next friendly match on June 8th. They will then open their Euro 2024 campaign against Spain on June 14th.
